Trail to Treasure Conceptual Plan
This document presents the community vision for developing the Trail to Treasure at a conceptual level. Concept plans are preliminary documents to describe a project and how it will be implemented. Readers should understand that many of the concepts presented in this plan will get modified as more detailed planning occurs.
Future planning and implementation will involve detailed analysis of factors such as historical research, city permit requirements, and coordination with business and property owners, any of which could cause refinements to the concepts presented in this plan. Further refinements may occur during the permitting process in order to receive the necessary building and construction permits before work can actually begin.
